When will my order arrive?
Delivery time depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery representative.
We work with several shipping partners across major cities. Typically, delivery takes between 1 to 2 days after placing and confirming your order.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, our partnered shipping companies deliver within the country only, covering a selection of cities listed on the Shipping Page.

However, international delivery can be arranged by contacting our store team via WhatsApp to provide product weight details and pricing from international shipping agents not yet registered in our store.

What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
Please review our Return Policy for the terms and conditions of returns and exchanges.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the customer will only be responsible for shipping and return costs, while the product value will not be charged according to our return policy.

Can I order in bulk? Is there a discount?
Yes! The store offers bulk order services.
We provide discounts ranging from 10% to 20% on selected products.
