Return and Exchange Policy

The right to return or exchange is guaranteed for all our customers, and it applies to all the products offered on our store.

All products listed on our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

A product may be returned or exchanged if it is in its original condition at the time of purchase and still sealed in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

Please take a photo of the product and send it to us, along with your city, address, and order number, so that we can replace it with another product in case it is defective, damaged, or not as described.

A full refund will be issued if the received product is completely different from its description on our website’s product page.

We are not responsible for any personal expectations or improper use of the product that were not mentioned on our website’s product page.

A 30% deduction, or a minimum of 25 MAD, will be applied if the customer wishes to return the product without any defect or issue.
